Content Constraints
Listing titles must strictly be under 120 characters, and descriptions capped at 500 characters. Spams or commercial evasion triggers immediate bans.
Zero Harassment
Abusive posts, hostile room content, or rating manipulation degrades trust indexes and initiates account deactivation protocols.
1. User Accounts and Verification
When creating an account, you must provide accurate signup parameters. Every profile is integrated with our Social Capital algorithm. You are solely responsible for all actions taken via your authenticated profile.
2. Help Exchanges and the 5 Core Pillars
WeGain structures peer support around 5 distinct pillars: Money, Housing, Wellness, Skills, and Social. You agree to classify your room requests correctly. Offering false support or engaging in fraudulent activity degrades your trust score.
3. System Moderation and Enforcement
WeGain utilizes automatic pre-filtering models alongside peer report triggers to scan user-generated voice, video introductions, and text content. We reserve the absolute right to deactivate accounts, hide listings, or suspend room memberships that violate our guidelines.
