1. Information Collection & Voice Processing
To support modern skill sharing, we collect profile settings, optional video and audio introduction files, and transaction requests. We process voice profiles strictly through our local transcription pipeline to generate up to 15 optimized skills tags automatically. Original files are kept safe in secure media vaults and never shared with third-party advertising networks.
2. How We Protect Your Social Capital Data
Your transactional record builds your Social Capital score. Unlike commercial sites, we don't sell your insights. Score calculation is executed mathematically, and only high-level verification indicators (like badges) are displayed to help secure safe deals.
3. Account Erasure and Data Portability
You maintain standard rights under modern regulatory guidelines to request download files of all room activities, completed contracts, and profile tags. To request permanent profile erasure, access the Settings Hub on the Web App, or contact our support team.
